Let's start by saying that Memorial Day is about the soldiers that we have lost, whereas Veteran's Day is for all of the members that serve in our 5 military branches. While these are indeed stories that highlight the hard times military members and their families have, IMO its more for Veteran's Day.
Just to warn you, some of the novellas are actually part of series, but you seem to be able to read them as standalones or in my case, I figured it out lol. There is some violence, some serious heartbreak, and some steamy sexy times in these 11 stories. I felt that some of the stories could have been a lot better, whereas others were on point. I give this 3.5 stars.
