Release Blitz & REVIEW ***Groupie by ME Carter***

Title: Groupie
Series: Juked #2
Author: M.E. Carter
Genre: Sports Romance Standalone
Release Date: November 4, 2016

Groupie
/ˈɡro͞opē/
a person, especially a young woman, who regularly follows a celebrity in the hope of meeting or getting to know them.
See example Tiffany Wendel:
Whore. Slut. Cleat Chaser. I’m used to the names so they don’t bother me. These are my boys. My friends. So what if I like to have dirty sex with them? My body is no one’s business but mine.
Why is Rowen Flanigan making me re-think how I live my life? Making me question my choices? He’s only a rookie.
Rook·ie
/ˈro͝okē/
a member of an athletic team in his first full season in that sport.
See example Rowen Flanigan:
Player. Son of a legend. Rookie.
Sure, I’d heard the stories of the groupies before. Who hasn’t? I’ve just been more sheltered than my teammates. So what? I didn’t expect her to be smart. Witty. Kind. She brings me to my knees in every way – except one.
That part? I’m saving until the time is right.
So how in the hell did I end up falling for a Groupie like Tiffany? And how in the hell is this going to work when everyone at my job has had a piece of the one thing I haven’t?

"This is the kind of book that makes you want to throw your kindle....no, literally. I threw my damn kindle across the room. But thank baby Jesus it didn't break, because DAYUM! Groupie just made me love M.E. Carter even more!" –Jessica Prince, Author

(4.5 Stars)

I read Juked, the first book in what is looking like a series (YAY),  and I do suggest that you do read it before Groupie.

Soooooo ..... hmmmm ..... ok here's the deal, the title is Groupie, so it shouldn't be a surprise as to what this would be about. Tiffany is a groupie, she is friends with the team, parties with them, and helps them relieve their stress so to speak. She loves sex and isn't ashamed of who she is.

Rowan is the rookie, determined to make it in the big leagues and not use his father's name to help him or hold him back. Rowan see's something in Tiffany that  makes him want to see more of her, and not that naked more, the spending time more, the seeing if there is more to what is between them then just attraction more. But can Rowan get past the fact that she is a groupie? Can Tiffany change her ways?

I am really liking ME Carter. Now, I don't like groupies, and I don't like cheating and all that jazz. And TBH I didn't  feel too bad for Tiffany, but only SOME of it she deserved. By the end of the book, I actually liked Tiffany (a bit) and totally loved the ending. Rowan was amazing and  proved that he was the man that she needed!  I give this 4.5 stars.

“Mother, reader, storyteller - ME Carter never set out to write books. But when a friend practically forced a copy of Twilight into her hands, the love of the written word she had lost as a child was rekindled. With a story always rolling around in her head, it should come as no surprise that she finally started putting them on paper. She lives in Texas with her four children, Mary, Elizabeth, Carter and Bug, who sadly was born long after her pen name was created, and will probably need extensive therapy because of it.”
