Title: Plus One
Author: M.N. Forgy writing as Missy Blake
Genre: Romantic Comedy
About Plus One:
No feelings.
No lies of calling the next day, and no empty promises of not banging anyone’s mother.
If I could act like I’ve never met a set of twins I screwed on the same night, thinking they were the same person, then I could do this.
It was the perfect set up for a fake relationship and it was simple.
We faked our smiles, we faked our laughs; hell, we even faked our love. It wasn’t real.
But that kiss was anything but fake, and the orgasm was anything but pretend.
Somehow my plus one had become more, and now I’m standing here with my underwear around my ankles wondering what in the hell to do next.

Rae is about to get married when her fiancée decides he doesn't want to, and when I say about to; I mean he was just asked 'Do you take this woman....'. So rightfully hurt and mortified, Rae needs to escape, this is how she meets Max. Max helps her escape, and gives her a few hours of no pressure, then he takes her to her bff's house and drives off into the sunset.
Skip a year and the two run into each other, and both having the same issue with their mothers decide, lets do a fake relationship. It makes sense, her mother will get off her back and no blind dates, Max's mom will also leave him alone about a date for his sister's wedding. With a signed set of rules, the two go into this fake relationship, with both eyes wide open and no false hopes. Until Max starts to realize he misses Rae, and Rae starts to think that maybe, just maybe she isn't going to come out of this without having fallen in love with Max. Will they throw the rules out the window and take a chance? Will a past ex and overbearing mothers ruin this opportunity?
This was so freaking funny, it had me LOLing for real. I could totally see this happening in my head like a movie, from Rae and Quinn's antics, to Max's crazy family: Agatha, I loved Agatha! Hot & steamy sexy times, some drama (ok a lot of drama), this is a definite 5 star read! I want more, I am seriously hoping that M.N. Forgy writing as Missy Blake gives us more!!
