After her divorce is final, Madison needs to take a break, get out of L.A., relax and stay off social media. So she goes to this resort in the mountains, where she ends up meeting a mountain man named Luke. Luke has found that the best way to deal with his PTSD is to not be around people, so he has holed up in the mountains and lives pretty much a primitive lifestyle. The two end up being just what the other needs, but they have two totally different lifestyles. Will the city girl be able to give up that life for a mountain man? Will the mountain man leave his peace and quite for the busy city?
This was such a hot read! Luke and Maddy had some smoking hot chemistry. With a bit of drama to round out the story this was very enjoyable. I give this 5 stars.
