I recommend before reading Flawed Love, that you have read Bella Jewel's Flawed Heart as well as her Jokers Wrath series, as this has returning characters that do play a major part of the story.
That being said, Flawed Heart was awesome! I don't even have the right words. After reading Pippa and Tyke's story, Desolation, I prayed that Rainer would get his own story. I was not disappointed. It was a short read, but I read fast so that's my own problem.
Mali fell in love at seventeen, with her best friend. Until .....well stuff happened and Rainer was no longer there, leaving Mali with no word as to what happened. Until one day, years later, she hears he is back in town, and owns a bar. Mali goes to the bar and is absolutely crushed when Rainer doesn't recognize her.
Rainer is living life as best he can. He runs his bar, fights on the side, and has fun with the ladies; but only for the night and never goes back for seconds. There is so much I could say at this point but I really don't want to leave any spoilers!
Will Mali tell Rainer why she looks familiar? Will all the secrets come out? And I guess most importantly, will he go back for seconds? LOL
The sexy time scenes are off the chart hot! I can't wait for more from Bella Jewel, she has been a one-click for me for a long time now. I give this 5 MJ stars.
