SYNOPSIS

I’m less than a week away from being crowned king.
To celebrate my last days of freedom, I’m indulging in all kinds of hedonistic activities —including attending the coveted Virgin Auction.
When I see Izzy on stage, I forget where I am. She’s gorgeous. I must have her. At any cost.
Even if only for three weeks.
Even if it can only ever be temporary.
And especially because it’s the last time I can do something for myself and not what’s best for my country.
I’m bound by duty and honor, but for the next few weeks I get to have my American cake and eat her too… one decadent bite at a time.

REVIEW

Review by: Jennifer

(3.5 Stars)

With his time limited, Nassor decides that he is going to live these next few weeks up. Go wild and crazy. One of the wild and crazy things is to attend the virgin auction, where he sees Izzy. Nassor knows at first sight he must have her... even if its for a limited time.

Izzy is selling her virginity; she has a good reason, revenge. She lucks out when its Nassor the soon to be king of the country she is needing to go to. Seems like everything is lining up. Only issue, she is attracted to Nassor, something that she was hoping wouldn't happen. With attraction comes feelings and soon it seems like the time with Nassor is not time enough.

I actually enjoy the selling the virgin trope. The whole, nervousness and then getting lucky when it's not the ugly fat guy but the hot one that wins you. I didn't care for the revenge plot, as that wasn't in the blurb I was a bit surprised by it. This does have drama and some nice naughty bits. I give this 3.5 stars.

ABOUT CARMEN FALCONE

Carmen Falcone learned at an early age that fantasizing about fictional characters beat doing math homework any day. Brazilian by birth and traveler by nature, she moved to Central Texas after college and met her broody Swiss husband, living proof that opposites attract. She found in writing her deepest passion and the best excuse to avoid the healthy lifestyle everyone keeps talking about. When she is not lost in the world of romance, she enjoys spending time with her two kids, being walked by her three crazy pugs, reading, catching up with friends, and chatting with random people in the checkout line.
