For Hawk the MC is his life. He doesn't question orders, he just does what needs to be done. The club has never steered him in the wrong direction.... just the illegal direction but he is ok with that aspect. When the guys end up having to bring in someone that betrayed them, they also end up dragging in his sister as well. For the first time ever Hawk is uneasy about what the MC may have to do, so he voices his opinion while denying that he has some kind of feelings towards their captive. Getting Viper to agree to trust Hawk's judgement means that if Delilah doesn't agree to their terms, Hawk will be the one to deal with her. Can Hawk get her to agree, and stick to it? Or will he have to act on his threats?
WOW, what a story! This was jumping pretty much from the first page, giving us action, danger, violence, and some nicely done naughty bits. Hawk and Delilah's story was amazing! I can't wait to see how the rest of this series turns out. I give this 5 stars.
