Here we have Skye (daughter of Addison and Cade) and Danny son of Ciara and Spike). They've been in love for years, but have kept it secret from their parents, and kind of secret from their friends too. He's going to be the club President one day, and wants her by his side. The thing is though, after everything that has happened in recent times, she doesn't want to be his Ol' Lady. Not because she doesn't love him, she does with all her heart, but because she doesn't want the life that being with a biker entails. Not anymore. What once was her safety; a future she couldn't wait for... is now her worst nightmare. I could totally understand where Skye was coming from, after the events of Pandemonium and Drifter, who could blame her? I wouldn't want that life for myself either. Of course, when you love someone, it's not so easy to just let go though is it?! I really enjoyed this, but then I haven't read a Bella Jewel MC book I haven't enjoyed yet. I really do like her books.
Is this the end? Is this the finale? I don't know, but if it is, it ended brilliantly. If it isn't then yay, more books from these guys. I give Manacle 5 stars.
