Paid in Full is Deacon/Gentry’s story. We’ve seen in previous books that he and Tempest have a strong connection, but due to her work and his riding about the country with the Devil’s Due MC, they’ve only ever had fleeting visits; she doesn’t even know his real name and only knows his road name, Deacon.

When Tempest calls Judge, his brother and her cousin’s Ol’ Man, when she needs help, Deacon discovers he wasn’t the only one keeping secrets in the “relationship”. When Tempest reveals all, Deacon realises that not only were their secrets related in a way, but the danger posed to Tempest pushes him to make a decision that will affect his life with the club.

A fast paced, short read, this is another enjoyable instalment in the Devil’s Due MC series and I am both eager and not looking forward to the next one. I can’t wait for Trapper’s story, yet knowing it will be the last one makes it bittersweet. I give Paid in Full 4.5 stars. Oooo and I love that Chelsea used our words at some chapter headers, the comment at the start of chapter 6... that's me! LOL
