Some things in life were inevitable; death, taxes, and lying, whoremongering men.
One woman would never be enough for one man.
So I traded in men for a Harley.
Nothing beats that kind of power between my legs.
Then I blinked.
And he was there.
~
Some things in life were inevitable; death, taxes, and badge bunnies willing to hop into my bed.
The only problem is I’m a one woman kind of man.
In my line of work, I’ve seen it all.
Nothing bothers me until I find a woman’s wrecked body.
When she blinked,
My world changed.
Forever doesn’t come close to giving me enough of her.

Ariel is pretty new to Florida, having moved here to start actually living a life now that her mother has died. She is using this time to try new things, like owning a motorcycle and learning how to ride it. When she is out one day and gets attacked, she is saved by an off duty officer, Kayson. But Ariel is not in a place for any type of relationship other than friends, even if he turns her on and makes her want things that she shouldn't. She just has to wait him out and he will move on like all the rest.
For Kayson, the moment he met/saved the red headed Ariel he was hooked, he just needed to wait her out and let her get used to the fact that he wasn't going anywhere. He just wasn't aware that he was gonna have to save her more than once.. but he will over and over again.
There is so much going on in this story. From the all girl MC that is formed, danger at every corner, some funny bits, some really sexy bits. I spent the whole read giggling to myself, as Ariel is pronounced the way a certain crab says it in a certain Disney movie, so every time Ariel appears I would hear it in a Jamaican accent in my head. All in all this was a good first book of the series, can't wait to see what and who comes next. I give this 4 stars.

Danielle is a Harley riding romance writer. Most days she can be found in jeans, t-shirts, and pearls (she's a lady like that). She began her writing career under a different name and in a different genre- she wrote for kids, little ones: picture books and early readers. School libraries around the United States hold her books as do many libraries around the world. But, her love has always been reading romance, so she decided to try her hand at writing with her debut novel Enough.
Danielle writes about men that will open the door for you during the day and throw you against them at night. She loves stories that will make you laugh and fall in love without all of the emotional baggage faced every day in our real lives.
