Liz has been through the ringer, she lost her sister and is now a divorced college student. The love of her life has just broken her heart and so she isn't looking for anything serious, just a friend with benefits type of thing. When she meets Chris one night, he fits the bill perfectly and is only looking for the same thing. As the two dive into this new friendship, neither realize until its too late that their feelings have gotten involved. Can Chris risk loving Liz with everything he has going on with his baby mama drama? Is Liz ready to fully commit to someone new?
The single father aspect of this story is what pulled me in. I found Chris to be a great character, while I barely could tolerate Liz. Liz had no clue what she wanted or who she wanted. The whole Sean thing really started to grate on my nerves after a bit. He broke up with her, she started to look seriously pathetic. With drama, some interesting side characters and some good sexy times, I give this 3.5 stars.
