Eden decided to start over in a new place and not really having any direction she picks Brooklyn. When looking for a job, she gets a tip about a bar that is hiring. After making a stellar first impression, Eden is given the job, but with rules and not a lot of confidence in her. Killian's life has not been the easiest, at one point he was on top and now he is busy running a bar and trying to keep his head down. He definitely doesn't need to be breaking his own rules by hiring a female waitress, but he did. He doesn't want to be thinking of the new girl all the time, but he does. He shouldn't spend time with her and get to know her, but he will. For Killian, everything in his life seems to go bad, but with Eden for once he wants to try and have something that doesn't sour, will he be able to achieve that goal, or will the outside forces that he calls family help with making this relationship short lived?

I loved everything about this story, from Killian and his tortured soul, Eden and her trust issues and the past that she is running from, them together as a couple  and trying to make sure that they try and make it work, to the pain of it possibly not coming together, this was such an amazing read. The sexy times were hot and steamy, and a cast of characters that I am really hoping get their own stories told.  I give this 5 stars.
