This was a super short steamy story about Graham and the neighbour's daughter, Ava, resisting being together until her 18th birthday. Will the pair manage to do it when they want each other so badly? If you're looking for a quick, sexy read then this is the one for you. It took me less than an hour to read and the steamy bits were certainly that. I give Tempting Her Neighbor 3.75 stars.
