Being a stripper was not what Chase had seen for his future, but for the moment it's paying the bills and making sure that his younger brother makes it to college is Chase's main priority. But just because he is taking care of a seventeen year old doesn't mean that Chase can't have some fun. Giving Noah his number puts the ball in his court. When Noah comes back and the two proceed to have a little limo fun. Chase doesn't imagine he will see him again, until he does and not the way he would have wanted to.
Noah's life is going great, he works hard as a doctor, he has a great boyfriend, and now he even has a dog. When that great life turns upside down, Noah does what any guy will do, goes out and gets laid. When Noah sees Chase at his bestie's wedding, to say its a bit of a shock is one thing, that Chase is Noah's ex's date, just tops the cake. Will the two be able to work this out, or is the doctor too good for the stripper? Will Chase see that he is more than just a stripper? Will Noah be able to trust Chase?
This was an ok book from Melissa Collins, I will say that I have read her books before and some have blown me away. Noah and Chase's story is full of drama, with some good sexy times thrown in. I give this 4 stars.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Melissa Collins has always been a book worm. Studying Literature in college ensured that her nose was always stuck in a book. She followed her passion for reading to the most logical career choice: English teacher. Her hope was to share her passion for reading and the escapism of books to her students. Having spent more than a decade in front of a classroom, she can easily say that it’s been a dream.
Her passion for writing didn’t start until more recently. When she was home on maternity leave in early 2012, she read her first romance novel and her head filled with the passion, angst and laughter of the characters who she read about it. It wasn’t long before characters of her own took shape in her mind. Their lives took over Melissa’s brain and The Love Series was born.
