This is the first book in a spin off of sorts from the Notorious Devils MC series. The Cash Bar series is based in and around the Canada based chapter of the NDMC. We saw in a previous book that Ginger had been found and her Ol' Man, Snake; the club President, had been not so patiently waiting for Ginger to return home. After eventually leaving the sanctuary of the California chapter, Laced With Fear sees Ginger having to integrate herself back into her old life, with her old friends, the club and also with her Ol' Man. All the while, Snake and the club deal with known and unknown enemies, while Snake also comes to terms with what happened to Ginger and what will be happening to them both... in approximately 9 months time.

I really enjoyed this first trip over the border. After reading about Ginger before, I was so glad to see her get her own story and for this world Hayley Faiman created to carry on into another chapter. Drama, action, sexy times, and some really kinda gross at times violence, lol, I give Laced With Fear 5 stars and can't wait for the next one.

I was born and raised in California. My husband and I met when I was just 16. We were married a few years later, moving to Oregon while he was in the US Coast Guard. Texas is now where we call home, where our boots rest, and where we're raising our two little boys and a chocolate lab named Optimus Prime.
