So this is not my first read by K. Renee and I know it won't be my last.
Lyndley is in a bad situation at the start of the story and decides she is going to head home. Her momma always said she could go home, even though it's been a long time. Upon getting home she ends up walking into her parents house and right into the face of Jaxon, her first love.
She left this little town in Texas when they broke up and he broke her heart.
Jaxon has always been in love with Lyndley, there didn't seem to be a day that he didn't think about her and now she is back.
This was a story of second chances. It was a sweet short story, that had some nice sexy time scenes. Between the drama and the secrets it was a nice entertaining read. A little different from K. Renee's MC stuff but not bad. I give this 3.75 stars.
Renee is from sunny, California. Creative by nature, she decided to put her imagination to paper. K. Renee is an avid reader. During the day she works in an office and at night she writes. These stories have been in her head for years and are finally coming out on paper.
