Part 2 in the Water Series. You MUST read Book 1 first, or you will be completely lost and pretty much nothing will make sense.

Now, to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure how to word a review without giving away spoilers, lol.
This book starts from the exact point Wishing on Water finished, right as someone believed to be long gone makes an unexpected appearance as Candice and Jax have just said I do!

The book as expected revolves around Candy trying to get her head round what has happened and where her life goes from here. That's about all I can say really, and that is pretty much stating the obvious, lol. What I will say though is what you think is going to happen?... nope. How you think it will end?... not really. Straightforward plot?.. not a chance. Lots of twists in this, lots of WOW moments and a few occasions where I really didn't know how anything would turn out.

Of course though, this is an Elizabeth York novel and so I should have known not to expect anything, because she seems to be the newest edge of your seat author. I really enjoyed this one, maybe not quite as much as book 1 and the Brooklyn Books but it is definitely a 4.5 almost 5 for me.

Up and coming author Elizabeth York has been writing for about seven years. Located in the southeast, she spends her days drinking sweet tea on the porch with her laptop in hand. She has devoted her life to her family and her books. With the loss of her Father to cancer in 2010 she makes "Dear Daddy" dedication pages in each book and donates 10% royalties to cancer research.
Take the time to get to know the characters and you will love them as much as she does.
