This is the first of the Heaven Hill MC series, and this starts a whole roller coaster ride.
Denise is a single mother, who is in a bind. She is trying the best she can... but sometimes, you have to do things you aren't proud of... this leads her to doing something quite illegal. It also gets her on the radar of Liam Walker, the VP.
This has drama, violence, side characters who you just know will get their own story, and some really hot sexy times. Some things I felt were a bit over the top, and I didn't really see how Liam and Denise actually fell in love but that's just IMO. I give this 3.75 stars. Moving on to book two, you just know the drama isn't over yet.

So this is book 2, and yes you need to read book one before this.
Out of Darkness sort of finishes up the drama that started in book one.
Meredith is broken, but trying to get better... and come to terms with everything that has happened. Tyler is the one that makes her feel safe.... but can he still see her as woman, or just with pity? This is the story of how Meredith overcomes her internal struggle, and lets love in.
I liked book two a whole lot more then I liked book one. With a bit more drama and violence, but at the same time the story between Meredith and Tyler was amazing. I give this 4 stars.

Review
Book 3 of the Heaven Hill series, and there is still plenty of drama happening.
This story being about Jagger and Bianca. They first met when Bianca was.. well lets just say she was cutting loose, and ever since Jagger can't seem to get her out of his mind. Both have reasons for not wanting to be in any type of relationship, but a chance encounter brings them together. From there its a push and pull story, with lots of entertaining stuff going on. I love that we still see the other characters, and can sort of keep track of what's going on with them. There was so much going on in this story, drama, violence, stalking, some hot sexy time. I give this story 4 stars.

This is book 4 of the Heaven Hill MC series, and yes you need to read the previous books before reading this one. This is the story of Layne and Jessica.
A long time ago... not really that long... in a land far away... more like Georgia, there was a soldier that asked a celebrity to go to his military ball.... the celebrity said yes, and they become... well they pretty much became best friends. Layne receives a phone call from Jessica and she needs to escape Hollywood for a bit, and asks for his help... Well of course Layne says yes, he just doesn't know what kind of trouble is following Jessica and what can it bring to the club's front door.
This has some back story sections, not much on the sexy time front, there is some, don't get me wrong.... just not a lot of it LOL, I guess I'm spoiled. But there is more from the side characters in this story, and the drama that leads you into the next book. This is a series worth reading, you just need to read it in order. I give this 4 stars.

Review
Book 5 of the Heaven Hill MC series gives us a whole lot of drama. We get a secret from the past that is now going to affect a few of the characters. We also have Travis or Steele, who has stumbled upon Christy; Jagger's sister. After running away from a really bad situation, Christy doesn't want anyone to know where she is, so she swears Steele to secrecy.... Can he do this? Can he keep something this big, knowing that his brother has been looking for her?
When it all comes down the secret needs to be revealed, will this break the trust of the people that Steele considers his family? This series just keeps going and going, with so many layers, and secrets, the drama is still keeping me interested. I'm giving this 4 stars.

Once again, you do need to read the previous books before reading this, it is book 6 lol.
Ok so we have seen Roni and Rooster since book 1. Roni being Liam's sister, and Rooster being the Sheriff of their little town. Both on opposite sides of the law at one point. The three having grown up together, and we found out what secret they were hiding in book 5. Now we get to see what happens when Rooster decides he is tired, tired of waiting on Roni, but will he still want her when he hears her next secret?
In addition we are still being kept up on all the other characters that we have come to love since book 1, and the events that are going on will keep you on the edge of your seat!! I give this 4 stars.

This was a novella that takes us back to Jagger and Bianca. As with most relationships, work and being tired get in the way, and both parties are feeling lonely and for Bianca feeling like something is wrong.... How do they get it back? Or is it to late? I gave this 4 stars.

I honestly think this was my favorite in the series so far. This wasn't really about just one couple, but more covered everyone just alil bit. Mostly taking us back to Mer and Tyler and letting us in their lives for a bit. Also giving us some Mandy and Drew and what their love lives and the choices that they are making. I love seeing everyone and how things are going for the already established couples. With a bit of drama and some steamy scenes I give this 4.5 stars. I can't wait to dig into book 8.

Book 8 jumps into the future 10 years, after Charity left for college. Drew is still in town and is now a patched member of the MC and working in the shop with his dad and the other guys. Charity gets a call that has her leaving N.C. and heading back home to KY. When the two see each other again... they both realize things have changed, but can they make it work? Was ten years too long?
I did like this story.... but I kept waiting for something to happen, like the other shoe to fall. We got to see Charity and Drew at the beginning of their relationship and I'm so glad that they did get their own story. I give this 3.75 stars.
