Reese and Dawson have been best friends since they were toddlers. For Dawson he realized a while ago that he was looking at Reese different, looking at her in a way that had him feeling guilty. Best friends shouldn't get turned on by each other.. Reese has an issue, Dawson is hot and she can't stop thinking about how hot he is and more. Not wanting to lose what they have, they each say nothing and just carry on about the way they have been, or at least they try to. When they both realize that there is something not right about the situation, they act and take a chance, but will it cost them in the long run?
This was an ok friends to lovers story. High on drama, in the middle with the sexy times, and there is even some danger thrown in. All in all this kept me entertained and had me rooting for the couple. I give this 4 stars.
C.A. Harms is like any other addicted reader. She enjoys happy endings and HEA love stories. She hasn't always been a lover of Romance and had once been addicted to a good Mystery. Just recently she has taken on a new liking and now is a full blown Romance novel addict.
She lives in Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You will always find her with her kindle or paperback in hand as it is her favorite pass time.
