REVIEW

Review by: Jennifer
(4 stars)

This is the second book in the Fangirl series, and I'm a bit OCD about reading in order, so I will say you should read Falling for the Rookie before reading this. The returning characters and all that jazz just makes Chasing the Ballgirl flow better IMO. Taking us back into the world of the Baltimore Blue Birds, in book one we saw Ryan at his finest when it came to his man whore ways, but he had also proved that he was a good friend to Carson by having his back. When Ryan sets his sights on the ballgirl, Sam, Carson already warns him off, saying that she isn't his type. Ryan couldn't disagree more, all he needed was a chance. Sam has had a crush on Ryan for a while now, and knows his reputation, but still can't seem to help herself.  When Ryan gets a chance to prove that he is more than just sex, that he indeed does want something substantial with Sam, will she give him that chance? Can a man whore change his ways?

I really did enjoy this little world that Trish Williford has created. Some really funny moments, some ok naughty bits, and tiny bit of drama that was a bit predictable. Some of the antics that the characters got up to had me giggling out loud. I give this 4 stars and am looking forward to Jace and Lexi's story.
