Famous rock stars don’t fall for girls like me. With a voice to die for, the perfect bad-boy swagger, and a dirty mouth—I never should’ve fallen for Kai Jenner. But I did… right before I left him.
Kai
She left. Screaming fans and willing groupies can’t get enough of me, and the one woman I want to stick around past the concert after-party f*cking leaves. I never should’ve said those three words to her. But I did… and I’m going to f*cking say them again—when I find her.

So this was a super short read, in what seems to be the beginning of the Rock Me series. Just a .5 novella to kick things off. A year ago, with a breaking heart, Tilly left Kai. She had good reasons, but still that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt and that she is still miserable. When her roommate surprises her with an amazing birthday present that puts Tilly once again in Kai's presence, Kai makes it clear, that's it, he is not letting her go again. Can two people from different worlds make it together? Will Tilly trust Kai, or will she fall back on her old habit of running?
This was an ok start to the series. We literally get four characters the whole novella (not including the bodyguard), so it's not much of an introduction to a series, not that I think thats what this was. This was really just about the Tilly and Kai and the other band mates were not really mentioned individually just as the band. This had some super spicy naughty bits, like on fire type of hot. If this was to entice people to read the rest of the series, IMO it fell short. If this was to just give us a quick naughty read, then its right on point. I give this 4 stars.
