“You claiming her?” He asks, a serious tone in his voice.
I turn fully and meet his eyes. “If she’ll let me.”
“And if she won’t?” he asks, his face firm and unyielding.
“I’m still fucking claiming her,” I say, my lips twisting
into a smile.
He laughs and holds out his hand to me. “Welcome to the
family, brother.”
“Yeah, let’s see what she has to say about that,” I say,
taking his hand and shaking it.
“She still hate you?” Daisy asks with a snigger.
“Sometimes she thinks she does, yeah.”

I have just binge read this series and while I really enjoyed book one, each book just got better and better. This is Gemma Weir's debut series, you heard me right, Blade is just her third book but boy has she found her writing stride with his one. You really have to read Daisy (book 2) before this one to get the full effect of what is happening, and because that's what I did this book grabbed me from the first line. I don't want to say anything at all plot wise as it might give something away but I thoroughly enjoyed Blade. It had drama, emotions, hot and sweet bedroom action and the story was just really good. Blade is my favourite so far, I loved this couple and I'm loving this series. I can't wait to see who else is getting a book and I give Blade 5 stars.
