I leaned back in my chair, letting my pencil drop onto the couch beside me, and stared at him.

“What are you doing?”

He worked his jaw, his hand coming up to allow his fingers to scratch his beard.

He looked so freakin’ sexy, even doing innocuous things like touching his majestic beard.

It really was majestic…and longer than I remembered.

Was he growing it out? I wonder what it would feel like rubbing against the inside of my thighs?

“That look won’t get you anywhere right now,” he murmured.

I bit my lip.

“I…” I didn’t have anything to say to that.

I really shouldn’t be thinking about it.

Really.

I’d bitten my lip, but my eyes remained on his cock.

I gasped, taken aback at the suddenness.

I forgot what I was doing. I forgot where I was. I forgot everything, focusing only on the feel of his body on mine. The taste of his mouth. The smell of his skin.

All I'm gonna say is read the previous books, that's your only warning. Tally is seriously making the best of the situation she has found herself in. Being a single mother of a sickly child, and working to finish nursing school, while working another job. This chick is She Ra!! When one of her teachers turns out to be the yummy biker that she saw just that morning, she takes it in stride, she isn't going to get excited and start panting after him; she doesn't have the time and quite frankly nor the energy. But there is something about Dr. Tommy that has her doing a peek or two. Dr. Tommy normally doesn't pay attention to the students other than making sure they are doing what they need to do, but there is something about Tally that keeps him... in a constant state of awareness. Do they dare attempt to try their hand at this with everything at stake?

A good book has you finishing with a sigh and the thoughts, oo that was good. An amazing book will play out like a movie in your head, and when you're done you immediately crave to read it all over again. Lani Lynn Vale has yet to write something that didn't play like a movie, and leave me wanting more. This was an amazing story, I fell hard for Tommy and his beard! With some drama, flooding (land and underpants alike), violence, craziness, a sweet little baby and even sweeter man that loves her, and some sexy times that just made you burn. This is 5 stars all the way.
